This is structural restoration. We restore the load-bearing capacity of damaged concrete members, not just the appearance. The repair mortar has compressive strength matching or exceeding original concrete.

Cosmetic damage is surface-level — hairline cracks, paint peeling. Structural damage shows exposed rebar, concrete chunks falling, wide cracks in beams/columns, or visible deflection. Our free inspection will classify the severity.

Yes. Structural repairs are done section by section with temporary supports where needed. The building remains occupied throughout. We coordinate to minimize disruption.

Polymer-modified cementitious mortars (not regular cement). These have higher bond strength, flexibility, and durability. All materials are branded, manufacturer-verified, with batch numbers in your report.

Structural damage is progressive — it gets worse with every rain cycle. Exposed rebar corrodes faster once exposed, expanding and causing more spalling. Early treatment costs significantly less than delayed treatment. We recommend inspection as soon as damage is noticed.
