This is structural restoration. We restore the load-bearing capacity of damaged concrete members, not just the appearance. The repair mortar has compressive strength matching or exceeding original concrete.
Cosmetic damage is surface-level — hairline cracks, paint peeling. Structural damage shows exposed rebar, concrete chunks falling, wide cracks in beams/columns, or visible deflection. Our free inspection will classify the severity.

Polymer-modified cementitious mortars (not regular cement). These have higher bond strength, flexibility, and durability. All materials are branded, manufacturer-verified, with batch numbers in your report.
