What you'll do
- Handle inbound leads from Google Ads and website
- Qualify customers — location, problem type, urgency, budget range
- Schedule field inspections and follow up post-inspection
- Coordinate between customers and field team
You're a fit if
You're confident on the phone in English, Hindi, and Kannada. You've done telecalling or customer service before (even 6 months counts). You're organized and can manage 30+ leads simultaneously. You don't need hand-holding.
Compensation
₹12,000–18,000/month + incentives per converted lead
What you'll do
- Conduct on-site inspections using thermal imaging and moisture meters
- Diagnose root cause of water ingress — not just symptoms
- Measure and document affected areas with photos
- Prepare diagnostic inputs for quote generation
- Explain findings to homeowners in simple language
You're a fit if
You have a Civil Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma). You're comfortable visiting 3-4 sites per day across Bangalore. You can talk to homeowners without jargon. You're curious about why buildings fail. Bonus: experience in waterproofing, painting, or home inspection.
Compensation
₹20,000–30,000/month + travel allowance
What you'll do
- Execute waterproofing treatments — terrace coating, bathroom membranes, injection grouting, cool roof application
- Work with premium Swadi Group products
- Follow documented SOPs for every project
- Photo-document every stage of work for customer transparency
You're a fit if
You have experience in waterproofing, painting, or construction application work. You take pride in clean, thorough work. You're reliable — you show up on time, every time. You're open to learning new products and techniques.
Compensation
₹18,000–25,000/month (skilled) / ₹12,000–15,000/month (helper) + project bonuses
What you'll do
- Visit active project sites to capture before/after footage
- Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Shoot customer testimonial clips
- Manage social media posting calendar
- Create engaging content that educates homeowners about waterproofing
You're a fit if
You can shoot and edit on a phone (CapCut/InShot level is fine). You understand what makes content shareable — not corporate, not boring. You're available 2-3 days per week for site visits. Portfolio or existing social media work preferred.
Compensation
₹10,000–15,000/month (part-time) or per-project basis
